Having led cross-border operations for major regional brands — including a Southeast Asian project at RM 1.2M annual GMV, and 146% year-on-year growth under TOP GROUP ASEAN — Louis kept seeing the same problem: foreign brands entering Malaysia without a reliable local team, burning money on avoidable mistakes.
