Hansen provides e-commerce store management (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop) and AI short-video production services for brands in Malaysia. Information on this website — including service descriptions and indicative pricing — is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Engagements & quotations

Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Hansen, which sets out the specific scope, deliverables, fees and term. Prices shown on this website (such as "from RM X/month") are starting points; your final quotation is tailored to your brand and confirmed after a consultation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, diagrams and design — is owned by Hansen or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission.

4. Client responsibilities

Where we work together, the success of the engagement depends on collaboration. Engaged clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals and decisions, necessary access and assets, and ensuring their products and claims comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Fees & payment

Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, engagements run on a monthly billing basis.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, data and trade secrets as confidential, and we expect the same protection for our methods, frameworks and materials. Specific confidentiality obligations are detailed in your service agreement.

7. No guarantee of specific results

We bring professional execution, systems and experience, and we work to grow your brand — but e-commerce and content performance depend on many factors outside our control (including product, pricing, market conditions and platform changes). We do not guarantee specific sales, ranking or view outcomes. Any figures or case studies shown are illustrative and not a promise of future results.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their actions, changes or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hansen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability in connection with any engagement is governed by, and limited as set out in, the relevant service agreement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
